SHIPPING

Lithia Park Shoes offers FREE shipping on all orders delivered within the continental United States. All orders will be shipped Fed Ex ground, which usually takes 5 - 14 days for destinations in the USA. We also ship priority mail via the US Post Office to PO and APO/FPO boxes for no additional charge. Other destinations and expedited shipping rates are as follows:

• Alaska and Hawaii = $8.00 (each additional pair add $8.00)
• UPS 2nd Day Air = $25.00 (each additional pair add $5.00)
• UPS Next Day Air = $45.00 (each additional pair add $10.00)
• We're sorry but expedited shipping is only available for in stock items and shipping time is impacted by weekends and holidays

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

If you're not 100% satisfied, you may exchange or return your unworn shoes. Shoes must be in original shoebox with a copy of the receipt or email confirmation and received within 30 days from the day it was received. Shipping on a non-sale exchange is still free. However, if that item is returned or another exchange is necessary, a $5.00 fee will be applied to the order. ($7.00 restocking fee will apply on returns received after 30 days) We will not accept returns after 45 days. Please refer to sale item brand section for more information about sale items. There are NO EXCEPTIONS!

If worn shoes are returned, an exchange or credit will be issued only after inspection for defects. If the item is defective, we will refund the shipping cost. Defective shoes need to be accompanied with a return authorization number. (RA#) This can be obtained by calling us at (866)885-7062 or returning shoes with a note in the box that includes: name, address, phone number, receipt of purchase, noted defect and what you would like us to do.

All returns must be pre-paid. No COD's. We are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen merchandise. Please do not write or affix any postage to the actual shoe box. We recommend returning the shoes in the packaging the received them in or wrapping the shoe box in shipping paper. Any shoe box received with writing or shipping stamps affixed to them will result in a $7.00 reboxing fee. For your protection, when sending back shoes we recommend you insure them.
