Q. CAN I RETURN AN ITEM IF IT DOESN'T FIT AND WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Yes- if you are not 100% satisfied you can exchange your shoes or return them for a refund within 30 days of receipt. Shoes must be unworn and in the state you received them. For complete details please refer to our policies page.

Q. HOW IS ERNIE DOING?

Ernie passed away and he is very much missed. He will never be gone in our hearts... to read about him just click on his picture in the upper left hand corner and you will be taken to his own page. We have a new store cat Lolita.

Q. HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING AND HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY MERCHANDISE?

Standard FedEx Ground is FREE in the continental United States. For other shipping rates and destinations please refer to our policies page. Delivery times will vary depending on what brand you ordered. In stock footwear will ship within 24 hours.

We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Debit cards. We also accept checks and money orders.

Q. WAS MY ORDER PROCESSED?

You will receive an email confirmation within 24 hours of the time your order was placed.

Q. DO I HAVE TO PAY SALES TAX?

No- all orders placed with lithiaparkshoes.com are tax free. Our physical store is located in Ashland, OR which is a tax free state.

Q. I WANT TO VISIT YOUR STORE. WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

Lithia Park Shoes is located at 232 E. Main Street in downtown Ashland, Oregon. We are open 7 days a week. Monday thru Saturday our hours are: 10:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and Sunday 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. For more information about us and our store please refer to the about us link located on the top of the screen.

Q. WHAT IF AN ITEM IS OUT OF STOCK, WILL YOU PLACE A BACKORDER?

If an item is out of stock we will notify you as soon as possible along with the anticipated shipping date on the backorder item. At that time you can decide to place the order or not.
